Day 1: Saturday

Day 2: Sunday, August 11th

Magic Kingdom.

The park opens at 8am and closes at 11pm.

Get Genie Plus reservations for our tier 1 rides for the day, including (in alphabetical order). The only rides Mercy is not tall enough for is Space Mountain, which is a 44″, and Tron, which is 48″ heigh requirement. (Mercy is around 41″).

At 11:20 we have reservation for a FairyTale Dining Lunch at Cinderella’s Royal Table where we get to meet all of our favorite characters.

  • Mad Tea Party

Day 3: Monday, August 12th

Epcot

Deborah and Ted arrive. We will have breakfast at Akershaus to meet all of our favorite characters. Our reservation is at 12:15 for a party of 6, and then:

  • Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure

The characters we want to meet in Epcot include:

  • Ana and Elsa
  • Belle

  • Connection Eatery. Get their chicken sandwich

Day 4: Tuesday, August 13th

Hollywood Studios

We have a reservation at Olga’s Cantina at 4:35 for a party of 6.

There are 8 rides to try and reach today on the list, including three priority rides that we want to schedule Genie plus for:

  • Millenium Falcon, Smuggler’s Run
  • Slinky Dog Dash. The line to wait for this ride is in the sun, so try and schedule this early/late if possible.
  • Tower of Terror.

Other rides to target include:

  • Alien Swirling Saucers
  • Micky and Minnie’s runaway railway.
  • Rise of the Resistance
  • Star Tours: The adventure Continues
  • Toy Story Mania

Other non-ride activities include:

  • Beauty and the Beast: Live on Stage
  • Disney Junior play and Dance.

Some Characters we want to see include:

  • Star Wars Launch Bay: Encounter Darth Vader

Day 5: Wednesday, August 14th.

Animal Kingdom and Date night in Epcot

Let’s get wild. Then, for Luke and Taylor’s Date night, we will be hitting up the Le Cellier Steakhouse for dinner with a 6:30 reservation for 2.

There are 6 attractions and 5 rides at Animal Kingdom. Three Quick-service stops are on our list, and one character to meet.

Our top priority (Genie+) rides to target for the day are:

  • Avatar flight of Passage
  • Expedition Everest
  • Kali River Rapids
  • Navi River Journey

The only low-priority ride on the list is:

  • Dinosaur.

There are a few activities to enjoy throughout the day, as time allows:

  • Birds. There are two versions here: African and Asian. The McCracken’s recommended the birds, but didn’t specify which.
  • Disney Animals
  • Festival of the Lion King
  • Finding Nemo: The Big Blue and Beyond
  • Kilimanjaro Safaris
  • Maharaja Jungle Trek

The characters we want to see are:

  • Moana

Day 6: Thursday, August 15th.

Rest! This is our day to relax at the resort. Deborah and Ted leave this day. But, we do have plans to leave the resort for Dinner.

Day 7: Friday, August 16th.

Hollywood Studios.

Spend the day at Hollywood Studios. We have a Sci-fi dine in theater reservation at 12:55 for a party of 4.

This is our second time at Hollywood studios, so not much has changed. Depending on what we saw (or did not see) on Tuesday, we can hit up what we did not see, or try something new.

Day 8: Saturday, August 17th.

Where will we go? And Happy Birthday Taylor!

We can re-visit any park we like, which will it be? And, we have our coveted Dinner reservations at Space 220 at 5:30pm. Get ready to Blast off!
